Reserve Your Spot: After purchasing your ticket, email us at info@pathwayscon.com to sign up for the Business Pitch Competition. Only 50 participants will be accepted.

Pitch in 90 Seconds: On the day of the conference, present your business idea, startup, or innovative concept to a panel of judges and fellow delegates.

Compete for Cash Prizes: Winners will be selected and announced during the conference.

Michelle Cameron
CEO/Owner
Michelle Cameron, a Peguis First Nation member and mother of five, owns Dreamcatcher Promotions and Indigenous Nations Apparel Company (INAC), the largest Indigenous-owned promotions company in Canada. INAC operates stores in Manitoba and Saskatchewan, including the first Indigenous-owned store in CF Polo Park. Michelle serves on various boards, including Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries and the Indigenous Chamber of Commerce, and mentors aspiring entrepreneurs through the SEE Enclave program.

Chippewas of Rama First Nation
Ted is a First Nation Chief and leader with over 40 years of sales experience. He excelled in the automotive and real estate industries, achieving his goal of building a dream home on a golf course. Ted became a golf professional and entrepreneur, shining in softball and hockey. He also built a $200 million enterprise, generating $500 million yearly as Vice President of HR and Corporate Giving for 5 years.
